The apartment where the airborne virus was created by a mental patient who didn't want to accept help. The building is derelict and avoided at all costs. Even the animals shy away from the area, as there is an invisibly aura around the apartment and many see it as a potential threat. The windows on the entire length of the building are all boarded up and the perimeter is cordoned off with faded police and bio-hazard tape. Inside the counters are littered with empty flasks, chemical bottle and jars. Cages with the remnant of abused creatures within them. The smell is overpowering, so to go into this area without a gas make is a potential death invite or maybe you'll just succumb to the effects of the virus.
