Alias - Avery 'Syntax' Casey Synner (Aulters [official name, unused]) - prefers to be called Syntax.

Sexual orientation - Straight.
Species - Mutant/human hybrid [Don't know if the hybrids are valid, but I'm fond on the idea of her being quite unique] - possibly susceptible to infection?
v i s u a l ; ;
Description - hourglass - with the figure desired by women everywhere, she is both athletic slim & deliciously curvy. Every inch of her is sought after by both genders for different reasons, as per thanks to her porcelain-faced mother.
ovular heart - sporting an undeniably pretty face, Syntax has a mixture of an oval & a heart, taking the best features of both & shoving them into one, perfect shape. She gets this feature from her mum, who was absolutely gorgeous.
varied - her hair frequently changes, being dyed very often. At current, it is in the state of being coloured black, but due to her 'scene' style, she will likely be blonde or redheaded by the end of the year.
cosmetic - Avery's make-up is heavy, especially on the eyes, and her face is quite pale. She wears mascara & eyeliner very heavily in the blackest of black colours.
different - her eyes, naturally the colour of chocolate & ringed with black, are changed by the addition of tinted contacts. She enjoys to look very different each day, so a lot of the time, she'll venture out with purple irises.

Mutations -
wings - great wings sprout from her back, but they are retractable. Feathery & black, they have a span of twice her body size at full length. They look quite alike those of the Fallen. She is perfectly capable of full flight. She received these after puberty, likely triggered by the high levels of radiation in the air.
claws - a mutation received directly from her mother, titanium laces her bones in the backs of her palms. She can pull these out whenever she pleases, but this causes her great pain.
teeth - much alike a vampire, she can extend four of her teeth into fangs, though they, like her claws, are laced with metals. At puberty she discovered that adrenaline can cause sharp bursts of acid/venom to spurt from the tips, yet she has yet to master this ability.

Personality - assertive - Avery is very opinionated, and will not hesitate to make that apparent. She takes pride in who she is, thus ensuring she does not hold back. She enjoys leading, and will refuse to follow the orders of another unless they were recommended by her.
abrasive - things Avery does or says may seem to be quite abrasive at first, as if trying to stir something, but she is really quite a composed girl with a nice nature. Her mother's death hardened her, however, which is likely the cause of this trait.
short-tempered - unfortunately, Avery will not stand for much before snapping, and violence usually ensues shortly after she gets pissed off. Therefore, she will not hesitate to tell someone what she feels, hence the assertive trait of her personality stated above.
caring - while she may have quite a few negative points, Avery is actually a very caring girl, and will love those who she gets close too very much. She dislikes quarrels with them, though she would happily to get into one with any other, and trusts them with her life. She would leap before a bullet for them if she had to.
mysterious - Avery rarely opens up to anyone, giving her this trait. She is not fond on other people intruding in her life unless they know everything else about her. Then and only then will they truly even begin to understand how she feels.

History - early life - Syntax was born unto her mother, who had been brutally raped by the human Thomas Ercruss Aulter. Her father had imprisoned her mother out of hysterics, his own family slaughtered by infecteds & mutants. Kept in a small shed in his old backgarden, they were locked in, unable to escape even with their abilities. Yvette had bore another child to Thomas, but her son was stillborn. Eventually, Ercruss was found by the infected roaming around the streets, and almost killed. With disease now festering in his veins, he had gone even more insane, brutally stabbing Avery's mother right before her eyes. Aulter attempted to murder her, but his weakened state meant that the child fled, at only five years of age.
childhood - having never seen the outside world before, or even practiced her skills, Syntax was fascinated when a group of shifters took her in. She grew within their company in quite a comfortable way, believing herself to be a shifter rather than a mutant, until she turned twelve. Upon that time, she hit puberty, and her true abilities awakened. Shunned once again by her family, she set out to find ones of her own kind.
teenage years - age thirteen, Avery stumbled across a large group of mutants living in Limehouse, and so quickly fell into their family. She trained her impressively advanced skills with them, and remains amongst their company today.
